While in the capable hands of Wine Director, Anthony Austin, Chief Sommelier Felipe Assis Villela, and Service Captain, Alex Riffault, attendees sample a selection of five notable wines from a particular region paired with five complementary cheeses. Tastings are a delight to the senses, educational, and a great way to strike up new friendships. Plus, the ambiance of this special room is truly remarkable. Wine tastings typically occur every other Tuesdays at 5:30 and 7:30. If you discover a wine that is particularly pleasing to your palate, you can purchase bottles that same evening for a reduced price—10 percent reduction for six bottles purchased: 15 percent for 12 bottles or more. You can also book the Chef’s Table for private wine tastings or prix fixe dinners for up to 12 guests.
